When we try to achieve our goal- we build a strategy. When we are in a competitive market, our main goal is to ensure that our customers continue to buy and not pass to our competitors. Our strategy will be our way to achieve these goals.

How to out goal our competitors?

Before – I went to my customers with Terms blow, and straight talk to them about strategy and practices, I noticed quite early that the client lost me at the term – strategy. Today, when one wants to say something that is important – say he is a ‘strategic’. But management has a lot of important issues that are not a strategy. They are simply a matter of good management. All of the cellular company are strives to have the technology infrastructure, future development horizon, current edge desirable devices, demand content services, excellent customer service, brand lights, etc.. Much of his time is devoted to these issues. Important? Without a doubt. Strategic? No way!

So how do you distinguish- what is a strategy and what not? If your competitors are doing it – it’s not strategic.
This is probably related to good management of a company in which you operate. Strategy, by definition, is the way you plan to achieve your goals. Competitive market, the main goal is that customers buy from you rather than your competitors. The strategy is how you plan to achieve it. Your strategy is the reason, the motivation you provide to your customers, existing and those that you plan to achieve, rather than you buy.

At this point, it is common sense. If you and your competitors do it, why should customers choose you in particular? You have to stand out – and stand it rather than be cheaper – to be cheaper this time – someone will find a way to produce the product cheaper – and sell it as you shop. Are you better? It’s also temporary – if the customer could even tell the difference. Customers find it difficult to identify ‘better’ but they are easily identifiable ‘other’. What it means to be different? Mainly – Other – Is another successful?

Take the Riddle. They produce wine glasses. They have a strange story: They have a different design of glass for each type of grape. They say the unique design of the glass is the perfect way to provide sipping gourmet experience that produces the maximum flavor and aroma unique for each type of wine.
